The EBS product suite consists of the following applications, which are all based on the Microsoft .Net Framework:
- EBS Ontrack Hub - an HTML 5 website for employers and staff members
- EBS Central - a client-based application containing the core EBS modules. For example, ILR, LLWR, Curriculum, and Enrolments.
- EBS shape - a client-based application enabling you to manage the timetables and registers process
- EBS Ontrack Learner Hub - an HTML 5 website that provides access to an institution’s online enquiry, application and enrolment process
- EBS intel - an HTML 5 website that provides real-time access to business intelligence (BI) data

The following applications access a core set of components that are used throughout EBS
- EBS one Web Services - Representational State Transfer (REST) architecture
- EBS one Workflow - Microsoft Windows service
- Central Reporting - Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
All EBS applications require access to a production database where live data can be accessed and stored. A test database is recommended.
